Small studio apartment in the center of Milan, Navigli area, in the heart of the nightlife and aperitif culture.
It turns out to be perfect to accommodate 2 people thanks to the sofa bed and loft bed, but it is also suitable for 3 people.
The space is organized at its best to offer a pleasant short stay in the center of Milan.
A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

The studio apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils,window, washing machine, table and chairs.
- NIGHT AREA: sofa bed, loft bed, cubby closet, TV.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet and shower.
The composition of space allows to accommodate 3 people comfortably.

The studio apartment is very close to the Darsena and Naviglio Grande, the center of great nightlife in Milan. The area is full of restaurants, bars, places for buffet aperitifs, fast food and takeaways. Small boutiques and trendy clothing venues alternate in the streets and among eating places. There are small markets for grocery shopping, the nearest being Carrefour Express.
Within walking distance is the Diocesan Museum with countless exhibitions especially of photography, the Colonne di San Lorenzo meeting place for young people, MUDEC or the museum of cultures, several venues and spaces for private events, offices of multinationals and the whole Tortona District or the best design spaces in Milan.

The area is very well connected by public transport.
Streetcar 15 makes it easy to get to Piazza Duomo, while streetcar 9 goes around the city touching its main points until it reaches Milan's Central Train Station.
The nearest metro stops are M3 CROCETTA (yellow line stop) and further away also M2 PORTA GENOVA (green line green line). Both connect directly to the Central Train Station and most tourist destinations.

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
