Small but nice studio apartment located in a central area in Milan. The loft studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a building. Smartly furnished to have all the comforts even with little space. It turns out to be perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 2 people thanks to the sleeping area with a double loft bed.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with stove, refrigerator and cooking utensils. Tall table and two stools, wall-mounted TV.
- NIGHT AREA: with double bed, closet, desk and chair.
- BATHROOM: with fixtures, sink, mirror and shower.
The composition of the space allows up to 2 people to be accommodated comfortably.


The apartment is in a quiet street in Milan, in the area there are many offices and therefore it is well served by stores, restaurants, bars and public services. It is within walking distance of Milan Central Station, as well as Repubblica Station where there are suburban trains that connect Milan with the suburbs. It is only a 10-minute walk to Corso Buenos Aires, one of Milan's main shopping streets, as well as to Gae Aulenti Park for those who love greenery combined with the architectural development of futuristic skyscrapers.

The studio apartment is close to the Stazione Centrale and Repucclica metro stops, both yellow M3 lines.
The M3 makes it possible to reach Piazza Duomo in just over 5 minutes, as well as many fashion streets: Montenapoleone and Turati.
The area is perfectly connected to public transportation to reach all the most important points of the city in a short time.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
