Wonderful studio apartment, centrally located in Milan. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 2 people with the double bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN CORNER: with stove, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils, sink, table with chairs.
- LIVING AREA: sofa bed, large and comfortable, TV, air conditioning, clothes hanger, various pieces of furniture and bookcase, large window with curtains.
- BATHROOM: sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 2 people.

The apartment is in one of the central areas of Milan, in a very lively neighborhood.
The area is very well served: there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets tobacconists, boutiques, stores and parks.
Great solution if you are looking for a very central place where you can spend quiet days. From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing down Via Dante, it is also easy to reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.


The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
The new blue metro stop M4 Argonne is a great connection to Linate airport, in just 30 minutes you will have reached your destination.
Streetcar 27, on the other hand, allows you to travel to the more central area of the city, so you can comfortably visit all the tourist destinations.
It is possible to park your car on the street near the apartment, on the blue paid stripes or in the private paid parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
