Nice studio apartment, in the southeastern area of Milan. The apartment is located inside an apartment building with elevator. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people with double bed and sofa bed.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, microwave, table with chairs.
- NIGHT AREA: lofted double bed, closet, fold-out sofa bed.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 4 people.

The apartment is in the southeastern part of Milan, in a multicultural neighborhood.
The area is well served for all needs by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and tobacco shops. The nearest supermarket is Conad, right outside the Corvetto metro.
Great solution if you are looking for a quiet place, close to transportation and with all amenities.
The Corvetto Metro stop is under the house. The area is well served with restaurants, tobacco stores, clubs, breakfast bars, pharmacies and all kinds of stores.

The yellow metro stop M3 CORVETTO is just a stone's throw from the apartment and allows you to get to the center of Milan in a short time (7 min).
The Central Train Station is also on the M3 yellow line and can be reached comfortably in 20 min maximum..
A short walk from the house there is also the 95 bus stop, which allows you to get to the Milano Rogoredo train station, in just 7 min.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue lines.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
