Beautiful studio apartment within walking distance of the Martesana canal. In a very quiet and residential area, with many stores and green areas nearby. Tastefully furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate 2 people thanks to the double bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. Public transportation is only 6 minutes away.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, oven, kitchen furniture, living area with table and chairs.
- TERRACE: from the kitchen you can access, thanks to the French window, the outdoor area of the terrace where there are three small sofas and a small table.
- NIGHT ZONE: double bed, closet with doors, TV fitted in the closet cabinet and air conditioning
- BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, large shower.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 2 people.

The apartment is in a residential part of the city, not far from the beautiful Martesanam Canal where a walk to Martyrs of Freedom Iraqi Victims of Terrorism Park is recommended.
The area is full of small markets where you can also buy food and drinks. Fruit vendors, tobacco shops, grocery stores, butchers, restaurants, pubs and café bars also alternate.
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
