Wonderful apartment, in the center of Milan within the Moscova district. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate 5 people thanks to the two wonderful double bedrooms, plus the single bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The Moscova metro stop is very close, a few minutes walk away.
The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, oven, coffee maker, table with chairs, armchair and sofa. The room is well lit by the large window.
- BEDROOM 1: Large room with double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet with hangers, desk and comfortable leather chair, TV on the wall, shelves, furniture and large window.
- BEDROOM 2: beautiful room with double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet along the entire wall, mirror, entrance to private en-suite bathroom, large window.
- BATHROOM 1: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
- BATHROOM 2: bathtub, sink and mirror, toilet, bidet and radiator.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 5 people.
The apartment is located in a central area of Milan, between the Chinatown district and Moscova. The area is very well served by bars, tobacco shops, gyms, offices, restaurants, hairdressers, etc. From the apartment it is also easy to reach the city center of Milan on foot, as well as by public transport. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera. Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli. The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation. Just a 6-minute walk from the apartment is the M2 Moscova green metro station, which allows you to move inside the city quickly. The Central Train Station is 7 minutes away, while Piazza Duomo is 10 minutes away. There are several streetcars that allow you to move within the city, thus admiring its architecture and landscape. It is possible to park your car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).
A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
