Wonderful luxury apartment in the Central area of Milan, close to Central Station and various public transportation. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the 3 bedrooms. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The subway stop is a 2-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:

-🛋️ LIVING ROOM: sofa, table with chairs in the dining area, decorative details, air conditioning, wall with painting, large windows.
-🌛 MATRIMONIAL BEDROOM 1: double bed, bedside tables, desk with chairs, large closet, large window with curtains, air conditioning.
- 🛌🏼 MATRIMONIAL ROOM 2: double bed, bedside tables, lights, chest of drawers, air conditioning and window with curtains.
- ⭐ ROOM WITH 2 BEDS: room has 2 single beds, desk with study chair, a window with curtains and air conditioning
- 🚿BATHROOM 1: light blue tiles, sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and window.
- 🚾BATHROOM 2: pink tiles, sink and mirror, sanitary ware, bidet, shower and window.
- 🪴BALCONYARD: with small table and chairs, to also enjoy the tranquility overlooking the city.
The composition of space allows up to 6 people to be comfortably accommodated.

The apartment is very close to Milan Central Station, and is located in the middle between the youthful and multicultural neighborhood of No.Lo, the shopping street on Corso Buenos Aires, and the lively Porta Venezia area.
The area is really well served, with bars, pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets, the closest being Carrefour Express and Conad Superstore.
Near the apartment, the nightlife around Piazza Morbegno is advisable; the area is a hub of several places to enjoy excellent cocktails and try the classic Italian aperitivo. Several restaurants on Viale Monza to recommend including definitely the typical Sicilian cuisine of “I Pupari.”
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Just a 2-minute walk from the apartment is the M2 Caiazzo green subway stop, which allows you to reach many tourist locations in the city very quickly.
The Central Train Station can be reached with a single stop of the green metro, direct line, in only 4 minutes. It is actually very close on foot as well (6 min).
Piazza Duomo which is closer, only 15 min away.
Linate airport is easily reached by public transportation in only 15 min.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.

Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
