Luxurious apartment in the western part of Milan, in the Ghisolfa district. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the two bedrooms. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The public transportation stop is a 4-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:
- 🍽️ KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, various pantries.
- 🛋️ LIVING ROOM: sofa, TV, furniture, table with chairs, windows with curtains and air conditioning.
-🌛 DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, closet, window with curtains, air conditioning.
- ⭐ BEDROOM: single bed convertible to double, closet, window with curtains.
- 🚿BATHROOM 1: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, bathtub.
- 🚾BATHROOM 2: sink and mirror, sanitary ware, bidet, shower.
- 🪴TERRACE: outdoor space with sofas and table.

The apartment is in the western area of Milan. The Ghisolfa area is very well served by bars, clubs, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies and grocery markets.
From the apartment there is easy access to the luxurious and renowned Parco Sempione area, with its boutiques, offices, and upscale restaurants.
The apartment is in a quiet area that allows for a pleasant stay while being well connected to the strategic points of the city.
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will take you to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The transportation stop is about a 12-minute walk from the apartment and provides easy access to all the major stops in the city.
The Central Train Station can be reached by public transportation in 20 minutes, by car in only 13 minutes.
Piazza Duomo can be reached in 30 minutes by typical Milanese streetcars, which run through the entire city center.
Linate Airport is about 55 minutes away by Milanese public transport, or by car in only 25 minutes.
It is possible to park your car on the street near the apartment, on the blue paid stripes or in the private paid parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).
A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
