Beautiful apartment in the No.Lo area in Milan, close to public transportation. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the loft above the living area. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The subway stop is a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:
- 🍽️ KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle.
-🛋️ LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed, decorative details, wooden loft, air conditioning, dining table and chairs, large windows.
-🌛 NIGHT AREA: wooden loft leads to the sleeping area consisting of 2 single beds.
- 🚿BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, cabinet, washing machine, shower and window.
The composition of the space allows you to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located in the northeast area of Milan, close to the youthful and multicultural neighborhood of No.Lo.
The area is really very well served, with bars, pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets, the closest: Penny, Pam Local and Conad.
The apartment is a stone's throw from the renovated Trotter Park, a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Loreto and only 10 minutes by car from Milan Central Station.
Near the apartment we recommend the nightlife around Piazza Morbegno, the area is a hub of several clubs to enjoy excellent cocktails and try the classic Italian aperitivo. Several restaurants on Viale Monza to recommend including definitely the typical Sicilian cuisine of "I Pupari."
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will take you to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment is the green M1 Pasteur metro station, which provides quick access to the city center.
The Central Train Station can always be reached by metro, direct line, in just 12 minutes, as can Piazza Duomo, which is closer, just 12 minutes away.
There are also several Buses that allow you to reach all points of interest in the city.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
