Lovely apartment on two levels, in Milan in the Niguarda area, perfect to accommodate 4 people with two comfortable double rooms, up to a maximum of 6 people with the sofa bed in the living area.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, especially the two bathrooms allow the right privacy.

- KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM: with cooking plates, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils and dishwasher. Table with chairs, sofa bed and TV on the wall. From the open space there is access via spiral staircase to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms downstairs.
- DOUBLE ROOM: with double bed, mirrored closet, armchair and en-suite bathroom.
- DOUBLE ROOM: with double bed, closet, bedside tables, armchair and window.
- DOUBLE ROOM: with double bed, closet, bedside tables, large window.

The composition of the space allows 6 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 8 with the sofa bed in the living area.

Very close to Niguarda Hospital, a 15-minute walk from the Ca' Granda and Bicocca subway stops, both on the lilac M5 metro line.
Crossing the area between the metro and the apartment are all kinds of services: stores, bars, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, gyms and more.

The lilla M5 Bicocca and Ca’ Granda metro stops are both a 15-minute walk away.
The M5 lilla metro is well connected to San Siro, a tourist destination for soccer-loving sportsmen, and also to Central Station by changing to the M3 yellow metro line in just 25 minutes.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
